Delivery & Pickup
Do you charge a balloon bouquet delivery fee?
We charge a flat $20 delivery fee for Columbus and surrounding area zip codes. When you go to checkout, you will see that fee added. You can have as many bouquet orders as you would like delivered to the same address for one fee.
What are your balloon delivery times?
Delivery hours are between 9am and 9pm daily. You will schedule your balloon delivery during checkout.
Can I pick up my balloons instead?
We specialize in the convenience of balloon delivery. We do not offer balloon pickup.
What if no one is available to take the delivery?
We will leave your balloons in a safe space as long as weather permits. We prefer to deliver to a human (or your 1st gen AI robot housekeeper 🤖).
We can’t guarantee the disposition of the balloons after they leave our possession.
We are trustworthy folks, so if you want to provide us with your garage code we will place them in there if you’d like.
Do you deliver balloons to hospitals, hotels, and schools?
Yes!
Hospitals: Latex balloons are not permitted. Also, some units do not allow balloons at all. Please check with the hospital prior to scheduling a delivery with us. We will deliver the balloons to the front desk of the hospital.
Hotels: We will deliver to the front desk staff.
Schools: We deliver to administrative offices, or dormitories with dorm attendants. Please check in with the facility before booking a delivery with us and let us know any special instructions when checking out.
I live out of town, can you deliver balloons to someone else in Columbus, Ohio?
Yes! When you checkout, you must input both a billing address and a delivery address. Make sure your delivery address is where you want us to drop off your balloons.
Do you send a delivery confirmation?
We will text you 30 minutes prior to delivery to confirm. We will send a text after delivery with a picture of the delivery site if there is no answer. We prefer to deliver the balloons into the hands of a human. We can’t guarantee the disposition of the balloons after they leave our possession.
Scheduling & Order Deadlines
Is there an order deadline to schedule my balloon bouquet delivery?
Yes! We offer next day delivery. At times we have openings for same-day delivery, give us a call at 614-505-4345 to check availability.
If I select a Friday delivery will my balloons still be inflated for my Sunday party?
Yes!!
Foil/mylar balloons can last upwards of 2 weeks fully inflated.
Latex balloons are treated with a special solution called Hi-Float. This product provides a multiple-day float.

Customization & Special Requests
I don’t see the color I need for my balloons do you have other options?
We may have other options not listed. Contact us with our online contact form or send us a text at 614-505-4345 if you have a special request and we will see what we can do!
I want a balloon installation or balloon arch. Do you do that?
We do not! There are many quality balloon artists who are available for those services in Columbus! We specialize in simple, affordable balloon bouquets and we don’t do balloon installations.
Can you fill balloons with helium I ordered on Amazon or purchased at another store?
Sometimes we have the ability to fill balloons depending on our schedule. We charge $2 per balloon, ribbon and balloon weight included. Call us at 614-505-4345 or shoot us a text and we will let you know!
Quality, Guarantee & Cancellations
It’s been one day and my balloons are deflated. Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 48-hour stay-afloat guarantee. If your balloons deflate within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace them for free. Contact us using our online contact form or by phone at 614-505-4345 and we will schedule your replacement.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you take the balloons into the cold air, they will temporarily deflate, but will come back to normal size upon returning to room temperature. That being said, weather and extreme temps do weird things to balloons. We can’t guarantee the float-time if used outdoors.
Do you accept cancellations?
Yes. We understand things come up! We kindly ask you to notify us via phone or email 24-hours prior to your delivery window. If you ordered latex balloons, there is a 20% materials fee for cancelled orders if we are given less than 24-hours notice.
Balloon Information & Sustainability
What can I expect from my latex balloons?
Latex balloons reduce in size with each passing day. They also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish.
Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
Yes! Latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons, however, are NOT biodegradable but can be recycled in some instances.
