Returns Policy

48 Hour Stay-Afloat Guarantee

Officially, we do not accept returns unless there is a malfunction with the balloon.

Our balloons are built to last. If any balloons deflate within 48 hours of delivery, we’ll replace them for free.*

 

One thing to keep in mind is that if you take the balloons into the cold air, they will temporarily deflate, but will come back to normal size upon returning to room temperature. That being said, weather and extreme temps do weird things to balloons. We can’t guarantee a float-time if used outdoors.

 

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase and include:

    • A short description of the issue
    • Your order number or receipt
    • A photo of the balloon(s), if available

*Disclaimer: If your significant other, child, dog, or iguana decides to pop the balloon because they want to suck the helium to make their voice sound funny, the guarantee is null and void. We recommend keeping all balloons out of reach of shenanigan-starters.
